Would I be able to create my own itinerary?
Absolutely. Beyond the standardized itineraries that we offer at various locations around Dubai, we can be flexible, working completely around your needs to provide you with customized itineraries.
How many photos and videos will I get from a shoot?
Depending on the experience you go for, whether its a half-day or full-day shoot, the number of photos and videos we take of you will vary. Our intention is to capture great, compelling content that creates a wow-effect from each location we visit.
How many people can be part of a shoot?
While we don’t limit you on the number of people that can be part of our experiences, for us to achieve the desired outcome with our photo and video shoots and to ensure your satisfaction, we recommend to have up to 2 people on frame at a time.
How long after the shoot will I be receiving the edited content?
We get to work straight after the completion of your photo and video shoot. We know that there is great excitement and eagerness to get ahold of your edited content quickly to check out the outcome and start socialising it on your profiles. Knowing this, we provide you with the assurance that all content is delivered to you within 5 working days.
How do the private transfer services work?
One of our goals is to create hassle-free experiences, so included in all our packages are free pick-up and drop-off services to a location of your choice around Dubai, plus the transportation to all the sites we explore. Our vehicles are spacious and comfortable SUVs which offer ample space to further enhance your journey around the city.
How far in advance do I need to make a booking?
To avoid any disappointment, we recommend that you book your experience at least one week in advance. That way we are able to comfortably organise all the logistics of the shoot including all the necessary permits that may be required, which is the case for several locations in Dubai.
What is your amendment & cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances change, probably now more than ever before, and want to give you the assurance of knowing you can cancel an experience without incurring a cost. We’ll guarantee you a complete, no-questions-asked refund up to 7 days before the shoot date. While cancellations after this period incur fees, we are able to change the date of the experience to a later date that better suits you.
Can I specify the presets to use on my photos & videos?
Instagram is all about using filters and applying presets on photos and videos. We have hundreds of these presets at our disposal and use the best suited ones when working on your content. If there are specific filters and color grading styles that you prefer, we can certainly apply these for you in our post-production work.
